Update April 01

I believe that  this is normal for the theme chosen. There will be some programming involved to do what I want to do. That will come later. For now please look at the pages section to the right of the page.

I am not sure why the banner shows only one page. I know I had made several pages but for the life of it, I cannot get it properly setup at this time. I like to see several pages as shown on traditional web sites. The page names I like to see; Intro, About Ve3ERC, Constitution, Antennas.

Some items need to have its own page as I believe these will be read over and over again. So it is better to have a page, hopefully combining the antenna page with posts/comments.

As you can see WordPress is not as easy.

I have updated the Elmira Radio Club site from an actual web site to a blog. The web site (made on a Mac) was too restrictive in the sense that nobody else can post to it. The Google Blog is good but I noticed also some restrictions. I am trying to learn the ins and outs of WordPress. Our ISP happen to have WordPress installed on their system thus it was easy to make that selection.

A little bit less easy was the theme, I looked at all the options and there is not a single amateur radio theme. So this is the best I can do for the moment.

I invite all radio amateurs to subscribe and the ERC member especially to become active contributors.
